  1. That's a very interesting case. It does seem that courts have been increasingly willing to curb speech of any sort. Take for example, the California Supreme Court's decision in Balboa Island Village Inn, Inc. v. Anne Lemen (2007), where the court granted a permanent injunction, preventing respondent from saying certain "defamatory" statements about the petitioner. Now, I'm not saying whether it was a good or bad decision. But, there does seem to be a trend, no?
