  1. Good post, Evan. I’m following @chrisbrogan’s advice, and commenting on a site I read often but don’t normally comment on.

    Zynga has a pattern of doing this for its games, they really take an aggressive stance in protecting their revenue stream. These online games which started simply on social networking sites like Facebook are really turning into big business. I’m intrigued to see where this trend goes in the next few years.

  2. Wait, we’re suing over “virtual goods” now? We’re suing over the sale of things that aren’t really real? I guess Zynga will do whatever it feels it has to, but….
